Welcome to Maya Eleonora Silva. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from our online store.

2. Products
We sell photographic prints in various sizes and formats. All prints are produced individually after an order is placed (made-to-order). Exception by exhibited Prints.
We make every effort to display colors and images accurately; however, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings and printing processes.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. A contract is concluded once you receive a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Payment must be completed before shipment. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Europe only.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code). Since our photo prints are produced individually after ordering, the withdrawal right is excluded unless the product is defective.
7. Defects and Returns
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
In case of a confirmed defect, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with statutory warranty rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, and content are the intellectual property of Maya Eleonora Silva and are protected by copyright law.
Purchasing a print does not grant reproduction or commercial usage rights.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where required by law.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
10. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country remain unaffected.
